Shipping Policy
Compex solution offers different kinds of shipping methods: we may help you arrange the delivery of the package via Fedex, DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS, or another way you prefer, you may choose your own logistic service if you have cooperated with some specific delivery company. We also accept the shipping method as the client requested.
Shipping Cost:
- Shipping cost is based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. We have a long-term business relationship with FedEx and DHL. We will try our best to offer you a favorable express price. For your packaging security, we will buy insurance for the parcel of a large amount.
- Free global shipping on qualified orders greater than US$ 5000.00 via DHL/FedEx/UPS. If the total amount is below US$ 5000.00 it will add a shipping cost of US$ 100 by DHL/FedEx based on the weight/Size.
- The carrier usually provides an online account to manage your shipments and even more advanced features.
- We adhere to all export policies and rules. Some products may be ITAR-restricted and the export restrictions may cause delays in shipping lead time.
Return & Exchange Policy
We can accept return or exchange material if it is wrong supplied or damaged or functionally not working.
